Hollister自行寄錯地址，卻不負責 - 海外購物

大家好，

之前在台灣刷卡買hollister的衣服，但是是寄到美國朋友的學校宿舍

結果朋友說一直未收到很奇怪，查了對方給的tracking number

卻顯示已送達，後來發現是對方沒將地址填正確，只寫了學校

但是沒有宿舍地址，又打去郵局問，郵局說地址不清所以將物品退回

所以打給客服，原本客服表示會重寄，沒想到...

隔天居然收到一封信，內容如下:

We're sorry you never received your package. However, we are not responsible

for online orders placed with incorrect information. Since, the order had

been placed online with the wrong information we are unable to further

assist you with this matter. We suggest you contact the local post office

for further assistance.

We appreciate your understanding.

看到真是很無言，明明是對方沒把地址填好，居然說不負責online的訂購錯誤

而且我有把頁面存起來，寄給我朋友看地址確定是正確無誤的

又寄的一封信說明原因，但是已經2天了都沒回信....

第一次刷卡買國外衣服卻遇到這種問題，卡費都寄來了...請問有什麼方法可以解決嗎?
