ebay帳號凍結停權 - 海外購物

我今天登入ebay
結果顯示我被停權了

下面停權的原因，我沒有一項是成立的

我也找不到客服信箱可以申訴，只有自動助理一直跟我鬼打牆
請問各位要怎麼解決?
