ebay上購得商品賣家想要退款直接經paypal - 海外購物

商品因為體積很大，所以運費高達1500USD （商品本身800USD，台灣真的買不到）
個人猜測可能是因為金額很高賣家無法代墊運費
故來信說ebay扣住運費，21天後才會把金額給他
問我願不願意接受退款
然後直接透過paypal再重新交易一次
這樣他就可以立即把商品寄出。

ebay新手，想問這樣有沒有安全上的顧慮，若我錢真的透過paypal
直接匯到其帳戶，若到時他商品沒有寄出，我有辦法透過paypal把錢
要回來嗎？且如此一來不算透過ebay交易
真的被騙我也無法給負評？少了一層保障？ 賣家評價僅有2分

However, Ebay holds funds for international shipments for 21 days
, so I don't have access to the funds.
What I like to do is refund your money and have you re-send
it to our main account.

Let me know if this is okay and I will refund your money and re-invoice
you from our other account.
