因為想在eBay買東西，剛剛很迅速的註冊好eBay跟PayPal
PayPal也完成了信用卡認證，因為一註冊好，信用卡客服就打來跟我確認了
就很高興的在eBay準備結帳，結果最後按完confirm payment後，卻出現：
Your request could not be processed at this time
We were not able to process your payment.
Please check out again and try a different credit card or bank account for your
PayPal payment.
If you're still having problems, contact PayPal customer support.
後來再試一次還是一樣，想請問這樣是哪裡出了問題呢？
