我寫信去給賣家要求他取消交易

可是他卻回信"No sorry, we cannot cancel your orders, we have been charged 12%
eBay fees, what is your phone number, I will call you and take your credit card
over the phone."

這可能嗎?

因為我根本就還沒付錢啊(因為我付款不成功,所以想請他取消交易)

請問我該理他嗎?

不好意思請幫幫我因為我很覺得很煩 ORZ

後來打去給信用卡公司問他說可能是我信用卡再一個
月過期所以不能付款然後他說我的帳單被扣了2美金
