看到DELL對其他非關台灣出包事件的留言作出一些回應
舉下面這篇留言為例:
Mark: My XPS M1710 died on the weekend,
I placed a support call yesterday (Monday),
a technician came to my work today (Tuesday),
replaced the motherboard and graphics card
and i'm now up and running again.

卻獨獨針對台灣出包的抗議視而不見
很難接受這種狀況......這是一間國際企業該有的態度嗎?
我實在不相信已經一大堆中英對照還有英文懶人包了
美國總部還無法給予公開的回應?
