Dear wilson ,
Please be aware that as of 16 July 2009, we are sorry to announce that there will be a delay in the delivery of all outstanding samples orders. We are faced with an unprecedented demand in our aromatics from the general public as well as retailers - new and old - who have been clamouring for all of our stock. Events including samples requests like yours as well as our recent launch at Harvey Nichols in London are evidence of our brands' growing appeal and reach.
Of course this demand does not excuse the delay in your shipment and we are working to rectify the situation as soon as possible. You are part of the reason why the Czech and Speake is increasing its market visibility and we appreciate your patronage.
We have every hope that you will be as happy with the samples as those who have received them already. We will update you with the status of your order as soon as we can.
Thank you for your patience to-date and I offer my apologies while we resolve this issue.

對於網路方面的經營也很有心
不像某間DE公司
如果哪天樣品真的來了
我又有喜歡的香
我想我會捧場一下吧~~~
不知道有沒有其他人收到樣品了呢??
好想知道味道喔~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
