Costco也沒說退貨一定要本人到現場退貨，
我覺得原PO可以要求Costco到府退款，
且貨物也不交給他，
請他把現金帶去您府上退給您，
然後原PO要順便客訴到美國，
告知台灣Costco的種種刁難！
