之前跟朋友去Costco
試吃過後手癢就買了貝果回家
我們家裡的習慣是大量的麵包 ex:吐司 都是直接進冷凍庫的
所以貝果也不例外
但是 等到我要拿出來吃
第一次使用烤箱 烤完出來 超硬 冷掉過後更可怕 根本是石頭
第二次不死心使用微波爐 有灑水 結果跟第一次一樣T^T
我的兩次貝果都是最後變成石頭我都咬不動只好放棄
人家想吃在賣場吃到那樣好吃軟軟的貝果嘛!!!!!
因為我爬文大家都是說用蒸的 但是我家沒有電鍋
只有小烤箱+微波爐 我也是按照大家的方法噴水什麼的
但他還是變成石頭了
因為好像很少人提到大概時間的控制是怎樣 所以我都憑感覺亂轉
加上因為是放在冷凍庫 所以我的時間就會調的比較長 是因為這樣變成石頭的嗎??
想請跟我一樣把貝果放在冷凍庫裡的高人指點我
把貝果從冷凍拿出來後 放微波or烤箱 時間的控制大概是怎樣呢???
我真的好想念軟軟的貝果 不喜歡石頭貝果T口T
