最近家裡的沙拉油用的也差不多要再補貨了!
昨天去看了一下油的種類~~~痾!會不會有點多....
當下站在那邊,研究了許久最後還是空手而回....
光是什麼冷搾油的品牌(還有Costco的自有品牌),就有三四種....
還有寫什麼溫度還有什麼酸,全部我都看的霧煞煞 冏rz
能不能推薦一下哪種油吃起來對身體的負擔比較不會太大阿????
然後油煙不要太大~~~我怕看不見.....
平常自己炒菜油都放很少(天天煮飯),然後都不會開大火,開小火或是中火炒菜
能不能請大家推薦一下品牌阿???
