這幾天整理的過期食記，
食材是COSTCO最便宜的美國嫩肩里肌牛排。
因為有烤箱的關係，所以不用煎的用烤的，
也因為用烤的沒辦法即時監控，所以一開始小小的失敗了。
不過下一次就修正了烤的時間與方法，
基本上一切從簡，只用了簡單的香料增加風味，
再來一切交給烤箱解決啦。

其實除了直接作成牛排，拿來滷或燉也不錯
不過還是大塊的牛排吃起來比較爽快啦~~
