costco的真空包牛肋條家裡只要有去cosco幾乎都是必買的
提供一個方便又好吃的煮法
1. 洋蔥切絲
2. 番茄先切十字型切痕放入熱水川燙然後過冷水將番茄皮去掉
3. 紅蘿蔔切塊
4. 牛肋條切塊川燙去血水
將上述1+2+3 加入醬油膏 米酒 薑片 ( 喜歡吃辣的可以加辣椒 )先熬煮20分鐘
在將牛肋條放入在一起熬煮30分鐘即大功告成!!
可以把煮好的紅燒牛肉裝袋放入冷凍庫保存
要吃的時候拿一包下來加熱就好了
煮牛肉麵或是芶個芡做燴飯都很方便!!
(加點燙過的小白菜) (加上燙過的花椰菜)
兩人份一次大概不用$100 真的是便宜又好吃!!
現在外面賣的牛肉麵一碗動不動就是$130-$150
況且牛肉的品質也不大好 ( 有的時候還會吃到呈現綠入光澤的不新鮮牛肉 )
外面賣的調味料加多了根本就不知道原本牛肉的新鮮度如何!!
不知道大家都是怎麼料理cosco的牛肋條呢????
今天去cosco還看到好大的蝦仁本來想買的..不過發現好大一盤!
不知道有沒有人買過蝦仁評價如何??
附帶一點: ocsco的壽司很新鮮很好吃喔......
地瓜葉很漂亮...幾乎都不大需要挑!!
