costco的生鮮食品為什麼比較新鮮~ - costco

話說之前有朋友上過食品衛生相關課程~
閒聊中談到賣場裡的熟食跟生鮮食品等東西~
他說任何食品都應該存放在適當的溫度~
所以就有所謂的危險溫度 => (5度c~60度c)
也就是說冷凍冷藏的食品至少須放在5度c以下
熟食須放在 60度c以上~
為什麼講到這個呢~ 因為上禮拜去X買閒逛買水瓶~
就看到那些牛肉用保鮮膜包著放在推車上~
而推車就大剌剌的停在賣場裡行人的走道上~
想到朋友講的那個溫度的東西~ 就一陣不舒服感~
難怪朋友都跟我分享牛肉那些生鮮冷凍食品 costco 真的比較新鮮!
