以前自己燒咖哩飯,全部都是用塊狀咖哩(日式款)
結果有天在costco試吃到新加坡咖哩,整個大心,
很像在南洋風味的餐廳吃到的咖哩。
跟印度或是日式咖哩比起來...
南洋咖哩加入了大量的椰子粉,所以另有一股夏天的香氣。
(印度=咖哩之王啊,各種不同的咖哩風味,一定要到印度餐廳才吃過癮。
日式=很日式洋食風味,咖哩味不重,也不特別強調辛辣,全家皆怡。)
新加坡咖哩一次要用掉一整個紙盒,內有三包調味醬/粉,
分別是咖哩醬、椰子粉、辣椒粉,
就按照盒子上的指示使用就可以了,
這次我煮的是超大鍋的咖哩雞,
老公和我都不喜歡跑來亂的馬鈴薯&紅蘿蔔,所以都沒放,
就是全部都是雞啦....
真的好~好~吃~。
另外推薦一種吃法,搭配的飯不要用白飯,
用不加鹽的蛋炒飯,
炒成米成為均勻的黃色那種,
(先放飯炒開後再淋蛋汁繼續炒,就會變成這樣,蛋就均勻地在飯粒上了)
淋上少量咖哩汁,就超好吃的。
