前集提要:上集曾提到在costco買了一整箱的牛肉,關於購買及處理的心得。
這次我們來研究一下如何煎牛排,其實是器材幫的忙.......

通常如果預期下一餐要吃牛排,就會在這餐將放在冷凍庫的牛肉改放到冷藏室,
如果下餐要到隔天的午或晚餐,那會改放到冰溫室去。

這台拳王烤盤台灣沒有賣,我很多朋友都從美國買或郵購回來用。其實這台是
燦坤代工的。用時要熱機約五分鐘。

把兩塊牛肉放進去剛剛好。這台背後有鏈條,可以烤到十公分以上的厚度沒有問
題。時間大約是三分鐘左右,可設定溫度,我都是設華氏425度。如果烤的是三公
分上下的牛排,我會用425度三分鐘,完全不用調整。如果是六公分左右的,我會
用425三分鐘,再用325度烤五分鐘。

蔬菜的部分可以直接買costco的冷凍蔬菜,一包一公斤好像是199?不是很確定。

調味的部分只要加上鹽就很好吃了,右邊是costco賣的現磨海鹽,如果喜歡的人也
可以加上pepper。
後記:抱歉拖了這麼多天,因為這幾天都沒有吃牛排,為了不讓各位等太久,這篇
事實上是綜合以前的照片整理成的,下次要吃的時候我會再仔細地拍一次過程。
