我是很怕吃冷凍水餃的人:
怕餡少、怕皮還沒煮就破、怕有臭豬肉味、
怕餃子沒分隔,從賣場買來就全部黏成一團...
前幾年都是買灣仔碼頭(三鮮口味),
不過吃膩了,這次勇敢地改買十味觀的高麗菜蝦皮水餃
(其實是想說萬一難吃就直接拿去退貨)。
沒想到還不錯呢!
包裝:紙箱內是整整齊齊的分隔,20個一盤,共五盤。
冷藏狀況:整箱快吃完了,都還沒看到在冷凍狀況就破皮的。
餃子皮:耐煮又有彈性,新手也不易煮破。
餡料:這兩天感冒對香味比較無感,但是家人都讚不絕口,說很香而且很好吃。
我吃起來覺得鹹度適中,
餡料在冷凍水餃中算多的了(千萬不可跟周胖子比大小)。
成品:冷凍狀看起來有點小,煮好後還蠻澎湃的,飽足感很夠。
回購率:100%。特別是工作繁忙沒太多時間煮晚餐的季節...
我們家三天就快吃光一箱了。
以下是商品建議烹煮方式:
保證簡易烹調
鍋內水滾後(無需解凍)將餃子投入水中(鍋內水量要淹過餃面)用湯勺順鍋邊徐徐滑動, 勿使沉底,
水沸沫漲,酌加冷水(重複二次)在以中~小火煮約5分鐘,水餃凸腹浮於水面即可。
心得:冷水加兩次就好,三次的話皮就過軟了喔!
