這次前往中和Costco
是的,終於完成台北Costco大三元 (笑)
本來這次目標是Prime等級牛排,
可惜去的時間不對,看到櫃內出現的全都是Choice,殘念 !!
雙眼一飄,美國無骨牛小排燒烤肉片似乎對我們招手,
即使非Prime等級,
牛小排再怎麼燒烤,似乎也很難分出Prime和Choice口感的差別...
另外,也帶了瓶
McCormick California Style Garlic Pepper
加州風味蒜味胡椒粉
[MoMo桑心得]
1.燒烤用的牛小排,原場出貨時已經將厚度裁切的相當適宜,
即時沒有LC專用牛排烤盤,一般平底鍋也會有相當好的表現
2.漂亮條紋的祕訣,真的只能翻面一次,也就是要掌握好溫度與時間,
單面加熱後,立即翻到另一面,獨立且排列有序的條紋就會自然浮現,
否則,翻來翻去的,兩面的條紋將會相當混亂
3.沒時間現磨海鹽或黑胡椒的,
McCormick出品的相關調味粉還蠻方便的,
不過一些些就好,請別破壞原始肉質的鮮美
