品名:costco紅龍牌佛跳牆
費用:約950元
用料:鮑魚、干貝、栗子、紅棗、排骨、豬腳、雞肉、香菇、鵪鶉蛋、芋頭、竹笙、
日本帶子(←不知道帶子是什麼)、蹄筋、海參。共14種料
因為我媽超愛吃佛跳牆的,本來過年已經看好7-11的年菜,
但有一次到costco看到佛跳牆試吃,
用料好像蠻不錯的,所以就買一包回去孝順媽媽囉!
一盒中有四包,兩包料,兩包湯,
一包料是肉類的感覺,
一包料是有干貝等東西,
紙盒的側面是寫用蒸的或微波,
不過我覺得微波太暴力了,最後我老媽不知道怎麼弄我也搞不太清楚了。
總之,熱騰騰的一鍋佛跳牆沒一會就出現了。
整碗就如同試吃時,料多實在,
排骨酥也不會像外面一樣整個都是粉,
竹笙因為這個食材的關係,永遠都是脆脆的超好吃,
芋頭當然是越軟爛越好,
魚翅都散開了,真可惜,
香菇很普通,
最重視的大干貝因為煮太久變好小,好可惜喔!
整體來說,這個佛跳牆算是很划算的一道料裡,
不過佛跳牆不愧是出了名的油膩年菜代表,
若我媽不會犯嘴饞,
我還是要避一下這道年菜囉!
