ASOS英文信求助 - 海外購物

我12/4在ASOS買了隻手錶，但始終沒收到，上次簡單的再FB詢問。
他們回說:別的地區郵政有延誤，叫我等到1/27。
到了今天我也還是沒收到，我又在FB詢問，但它們好像鬼打牆，我只要退款或者重寄，
有大大可以教我該怎麼寫他們才願意退款或重寄嗎??

以下是幾封他們給我的信。

please can you try and see if the post office can find it for you, and the

Please can you confirm that you have checked in the other suggested places
