我前一陣子反映八月中就該寄到的東西沒到，客服請我等到9/5再說(目前還沒到)
在八月底我又很不死心的訂了一批貨，然後他連續寄了兩封出貨信來
第一封就是很正常的your order is now on your way
第二封卻改成with royal mail and on its way to you
我知道英國郵政本身就是royal mail，那這段話意思是升級掛號的意思嗎？
我在信中沒看到追蹤碼，我去官網訂購記錄中也只寫已出貨且是一般寄送
有板友遇到相同情形嗎？
