事情是這樣子的，小弟在asos上買了一件外套
看了一下顏色之後 上面標示米色

結果實際上收到的時候，是軍綠色的

後來就跟asos的客服訊問，問他們是否寄錯顏色
但客服的意思是說，這件本來就是米黃偏軍綠色，頂多給我退10%...
而且也沒有所謂的米黃色(他們一直很堅持，這是正確的顏色)
在一陣爭議之後，後來想說算了，因為英文也不輪轉
改換尺寸就好了，因為有點太合，但他們又一直堅持說那件的顏色就是這樣(軍綠色)
搞了一整個下午之後就想說算了，那就改換尺寸就好了
只是我問他們的換貨流程之後，他們就不理我了 xd
是要先等他們寄來我再寄還給他們嗎?
請有經驗的大大能分享一下
ps. 我這樣有很奧客嗎....

Hi, thanks for sending these photos over to us. I'm so sorry about this. As
the item in out of stock, we can't replace it for you. Would you like us to
arrange a 10% refund for you as goodwill? This will make the item non
returnable. Or you can return the jacket to us and we'll refund you in full.

Or it's only "khaki green" in the stock?
asos:Hey, as we advised, the jacket is out of stock so we cannot replace this for

asos:Hey, the jacket is back in stock. We can process a replacement for you but
the same olive green colour will arrive as this is the correct colour of the

return this S size to you and send me the M size ?
I what to know how long if I want to replace it .
asos:Hey, we've already advised we will replace this for you. But the green shade
is the correct jacket, therefore you will receive this colour again. ASOS Kym
謎:其實後面有點看不懂= =
他們的意思應該是說 建議我換m的 但是還是會收到一樣的東西吧
這樣是有算流程在跑了嗎?
