asos 11、16號未出貨？ - 海外購物

第一次購買asos，分別在11/11、11/16有7折優惠時購物

下訂後隔天分別都收到信寫
11/11訂 11/12 date shipped 預計12/1收到
11/16訂 11/18 date shipped 預計12/4收到

但 startus 顯示 track this order
按下去跳出 your order has left our warehouse and will be with you soon畫面

我去help那邊查二張都顯示
Good news-your order is on is way to you
You order has not been sent with a trackable carrier on this occasion it's on the way and should arrive by the date shown above

想請問我的貨這樣算是寄出了嗎？
大家11號的都收到幾天了，陸續也收到16號的
我的一點消息都沒有，好慌啊……

而且英文很破，也不知道詢問客服大家是都怎麼問的呢？



順便一問，有買一樣商品，被通知缺貨，好像也退款至帳戶了
但我看網頁還有顯示LOW IN STOCK可以寫信請他寄給我嗎?
