Paypal個人帳號無法接收餘額? - 海外購物

我的帳號是台灣個人帳戶

別人用個人付款轉錢給我時會出現「Sorry, this recipient can't accept personal payments. We've
changed the payment to a transaction for goods and services」

目前goods and services收款 和大宗付款的收款能正常收款

是我的帳戶哪邊出問題了嗎?

其他功能一直都正常使用

就是不能接收個人付款

不太懂哪邊出了問題

不曉得這邊有沒有人懂
