asos退貨 衣服有縫紉針要自己吸收運費 - 網店

5/8在asos買了兩件衣服,主要是為了6/2參加朋友

婚禮穿的。原預計5/30抵達(幾年前買過ASOS,

印象寄送很快,這次5/30沒收到貨,爬文才發現會

等很久),最後我終於在6/17收到商品。其中一件

不適合我,另外一件有縫紉針。寫信詢問退貨,告

知一件有縫紉針,另一件不適合,兩件都要退回。

Asos回覆不會負擔寄回去的郵資。



我今天已經去郵局退好,一共458元,感覺有縫紉

針,他們應該負擔寄回的運費QAQ

之前爬文有瑕疵,asos會負擔運費,還是說有縫紉

針,不算瑕疵呢?

Please send the faulty item back to us within 45 days of receiving it.
If you no longer have the original packaging for your item please pack it secu
rely before returning it to us.

Once it arrives at our warehouse, we’ll refund you for the item and drop you
an email to confirm.

The funds will show in your account within 10 working days of the refund being
completed.

At the moment we don't offer a free returns service from Taiwan. Returning ite
ms to ASOS is easy - simply follow the instructions on your returns note inclu
ded with your order. Just click here for the options available to you.

If you choose to use a different returns method than those offered on our site
, we will not be able to cover the cost of the parcel.

You can use the sticky address label on your returns note when you send it bac
k to us.
If you haven't got the label anymore, click here to print one to stick on the
front of your parcel. It can take up to 21 working days for your return to arr
ive at our warehouse. Once it arrives we’ll drop you an email to confirm.
Please fill in the section on the back of your delivery note to say the item i
s faulty and put the note in your parcel when you send it back.

Do ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to loo
k at it later on.

之前瑕疵品客服也是叫我丟掉

有一次我收到完全不一樣的品項要求退貨,
客服一開始也是說要自己負擔運費,我客氣
的詢問出錯貨應該是他們的問題,運費應該
由他們負責才對,他們就改口願意負擔了。
雖然後續運費還是追了兩次才收到,但下次
應該可以再多問一次試試?

應該是對台灣而言沒提供免費的return
lable,但可用包裹附的貼紙,按照程
序退回,然後把退貨郵資證明留著,之
後憑此跟asos求償,有針是嚴重瑕疵啊
