之前在ASOS上分批買了幾條褲子
後來size不合有兩條就一起退回去
結果竟然只拿到一條褲子的退費 後來我寫信問他們
他們的回答很官方
Unfortunately, unless you have proof of postage, I am unable to assist you if
your return does not arrive at our warehouse.
As detailed in our returns policy, the goods are your responsibility until
they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use a postal service that insures
you for the value of the goods you are returning.
If you do find your proof of posting, please send it to me, and I'll be happy
to assist you further
這中間我也有幾個疏失
第一個有一條褲子的Return Note我丟了 所以我重網站上在下載一張
但是我忘記填上Order Number
他們就沒退那條褲子的款項給我
第二 我沒用掛號寄回去 所以他們的回覆如上
但是 讓我很生氣的是
我跟他們強調 我兩條褲子是寄同個包裹的 只是Return Note是不同兩張
為什麼有一條就有收到有退款
但是他們還是同樣回上面的內容給我
所以那筆款項就石沉大海 他們也不回應
讓我感覺超不好的!!! 五千多就這樣飛了....
希望以後不要有人跟我有同樣的經驗!!!
