Amazon被盜刷,掛失信用卡後要求換卡付款 - 海外購物

第一次被盜刷,是在Amazon.com
現在遇到一個狀況想請益(也怕是我英文太差看錯意思)
我Amazon帳戶裡是有綁信用卡的,
在收到$150鎂的gift card訂單後,
就馬上向銀行申請停卡補發。
接著也用線上聊天跟Amazon客服說明是盜刷,
但隔天只收到一封信叫我打電話去account部門,
因為本人英文聽跟說都不行就放棄了…
想說等銀行處理。
然而過幾天後,就在剛剛收到Amazon的信如下,
大意好像是要我換張信用卡去付那$150?
這樣我不就等於還是要付這$150了嗎?
看起來台新也沒幫我付出那$150…
我以為列爭議款是銀行吸收,結果原來銀行連付都不付嗎?
(剛也確認台新卡得利裡已經有沖銷並註明調查中的款項)
不太清楚現在該如何處理,不知道版友有什麼經驗或建議嗎,謝謝
(我的Amazon帳號還有一堆餘額啊orz)

to this email with your permission to process the new charge. Please include
the type of card as well as the last two digits of the card.
Once we have received this information, we will issue the charge to your
specified card.
