AE訂貨問題 - 海外購物

這次跟同事一起訂AE，
因為金額大概美金一千左右
為了折扣所以分兩次填單
（謝謝版友提供折扣碼^^）
第一次的訂單AE很快就接受也收到出貨通知了
不過第二次的訂單就很命運多舛
明明兩次訂填的資料都一樣

第二次訂單
AE先是寄EMAIL說帳單地址核對不符，訂單暫緩
因為是刷台灣卡，不過請他寄到美國地址
回覆他刷卡人姓名，帳單地址和電話後卻又收到另一封信
信的內容如下：
We like to see our members earning Rewards and enjoying the program.

Unfortunately, our records show that you used your reward last quarter.
Therefore, your order will need to be replaced.
You can review your account online at ae.com to see
whether we have a record of all of your purchases.
If you find any discrepancies,
please contact us at 1-800-340-0532 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
and we would be happy to assist you.
Please be sure to enter your Points
before the end of the quarter so that you get the Reward you deserve!

請問這代表訂單無效我要重新訂購嗎？
這樣版友提供的折扣碼還可以使用嗎？
不過網頁上訂單狀態還是Processing
第一次跨國訂貨才發現自己英文要加強阿=.="
