上一次我這樣問AE客服
他們的回答是：

There are a few options for you that may help fix this computer error;
1. You can delete the cookies in your Internet browser, and then complete your
order.

2. You can call our web order line at 1-888-232-4535 and give your order over
the phone.

3. You can log out of the website and start over as a new user without logging
in until after you have entered the online code..

您可以試試看第三點有沒有用吧=)
