ae折扣碼使用 - 海外購物

請問是否有人曾經有過使用折扣碼

結帳的網頁上面出現

" There was an error claiming the coupon " 的訊息呢?

這是用 ae all-access 累積點數得到的折扣碼

折扣碼沒有被用過 但是不知道為什麼會有這種奇怪的回應

已經寄信到ae詢問 想了解大家是否有過這種經驗呢
