A&F的換貨方法? - 海外購物

附的一張紙是有一個RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

在HOW TO SEND IT BACK處寫著

1.To ensure return accuracy, enclose this form with your return.
Be sure to keep the top portion for your records
(keep the top portion for your records 這句有點不太了解意思)

2.Choose your return option;
Option C. Other international Returns:
Simply affix the peel away label to your package and return it to us using
the carrier of your choice. Be sure to send it pre-paid; no CODs allowed.

(pre-paid是應該如何付款呢?要付多少的運費?)


另外請問一下我的訂單有2件並沒有一起寄到台灣了(沒有扣到這2個item的錢)
去查狀況是pending,
可能是backorder,
那A&F還會寄來台灣嗎?
如果會寄來的話我還會被扣運費的錢嗎?
還是說這2個item就不寄了....?
