我是去年「2月」在他們官網買的
那時候1:face watch 好像沒有很紅
只有一個部落格有介紹
看了很心動
覺得手錶很美又可以幫助到別人
就幫爸媽跟閃光各買一支
共刷了我6000多

大概隔了一個月
我覺得是否有點太久了
沒買過要等這麼久的外國貨
也是寫信過去
他們回信是"Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

我連寫三封都是
後來終於回我了 是各位板友所說的Bill

I am sorry it has taken so long for your order to arrive. If it still has not reached you, please contact your bank and dispute the charge. This is the only way to get your money back at this point. Im sorry to sound short, I just want to emphasize calling your bank and disputing the charge.

Well, you seemed very upset and I assumed you would want to try and get your money back. We do not have tracking numbers, but i know it has shipped, and sometimes customs flags shipments.
I do want you to have watches, so please let me know if they dont arrive by May 1st and I can try to get a package RE-shipped to you.

我很耐心地等
從他回信叫我等(4/24)那天開始我都沒有再寫信去罵
到了5/1 我還怕有時差認知問題
到5/2才問
他們就完全不回我了
我大概連續又寫了一個禮拜的mail
不回就是不回
直到剛剛才又想起 已經一年了！
不如再寫信去罵好了
不過依舊是"Thank your for emailing, we will reply it shortly..." blahblahblah...

所以最後真的想說
完全不推這「公益」團體
公益？是詐騙比較實在吧XD
要購買的板友真的要三思三思再三思
收不收得到是「靠運氣」
