這回發現Paypal客服也不一定專業, 兩個人的回應互相矛盾
上一篇我的貼文中有這一段話
Regardless where the account was created for as long as the country of
the account is different from the country of your PayPal account you
will still be charge a cross border fee.
所以我就寫信去問 country 的定義
Question:
How to determine the country of a Paypal account?
What if an account is having several bank accounts and credit cards
from different countries, and several addresses in different countries?
Answer:
On the website there is no way of you knowing on which country is
customer is. But as long as the PayPal account is created with U.S.
PayPal's website then it is an American PayPal Account.
或許這才是版上部分人免費,部分人會被扣錢的理由
就是開戶網站要相同?
