標題: [問題] 米國的銀行有提供這種服務？

事情是這樣的，
有個美國買家要買我的東西，
但是他提出了一個蠻神奇的作業方式，
想問問看有沒有版友曉得是什麼狀況。
剛剛收到了美國買家的信，
對方希望購買我在Y拍上的商品，
但提出了一個我不熟悉的交易方式，
原文如下：
Hi there, Thank you for been a good friend and a seller . I will like
to make payment to your account through Bank to Bank online payment .
This is how it works. I make payment now through my credit card ,and
once the Bank send your an electronic confirmation, (e-confirmation),
to your email. You will be order to ship the item out immediately and
then send the bank the tracking number and the scan receipt of the
shipment. Once they get this your bank account will be credited
immediately . This is the new way that the Bank Of America, prevent
both the seller and the buyer .Please once you are okay with this
payment method then we an proceed with the payment you send the
following information for the payment.
Your Name ........
Your Address.........
Bank Name .............
Bank Account NO.......
Swift Code.............
Bank Address...........
Your Alternate email address........
Your Phone number .................
Amount to be paid .....................
Please Note , that once i make the payment the money will and deducted
from my Account and its in your account already , But the Bank
protocol have to be followed.
Bank Processing Method to Protect Buyer and Seller:
I make payment first===>Bank send you e mail confirmation===>You ship
out===>Reply the Bank e mail with shipment Receipt==>Bank make the
Deposit to your Account Immediately they confirm it.
我只大概了解一點，
似乎是對方先將款項付給銀行，
然後由銀行扮演守門員，
確認我的追蹤碼及寄貨存證後才會發款。
想知道的是美國真的有這項服務嗎？
聽起來還不錯先進，
可是我怕會被詐騙啊囧......
另外我在上封信中有跟對方提到郵資問題，
個人是希望對方能自己負擔郵資的，
但對方在此封信內似乎未提到郵資歸屬？
而且我現在也沒對方住址也不知道怎麼估價啊囧......
另外類似這種跨國轉帳是否都有扣除所謂手續費部份？
對方在信中似乎也漏掉這部份？
如果以上都沒問題以後，
最大最大的問題是，
我要怎麼回覆啊Q_____Q
我英文程度僅止於讀啊orz
