顧客疏失也能到COSTCO退貨嗎?? - 好市多

好市多購物快兩年了
雖然知道"不新鮮" "口味不合" "size不對"
都可以退貨 但這兩年來其實也都退不到三次 (魚太腥..)
每年金幣抵銷會費都還剩很多~~ (今年新規定 金幣可能就會差很多了)
問題如下
我在別版看到看到一個案例 是顧客損壞了商品
大意是有人買了牛腱 回家路上不慎摔落在地
又很不幸遭車輪輾過 (這牛死的真慘)
依照情理 應該是摸摸鼻子認衰
但........如果他拿去好市多退貨呢???
[看到有案例是說: 買了冰淇淋, 鮮奶...
結果, 車沒油沒發現, 就卡在costco停車場,在等人來救援時,
先去退冰淇淋,不然到家都變奶昔了,去退的時候,
costco人員就說為什麼不順便退鮮奶呢?不然回到家也不能喝了
我說不好意思
他說:沒關係, 他們有退貨機制, 可以讓會員退貨, 而且你也不是故意的..]
很好的店員 大家也都知道將自己的過失讓別人承擔
不符合台灣固有的傳統道德觀
小弟我也瞭解 只是很好奇~
想請教各位大大
costco退貨有蓋括 "顧客疏失" 這部分嗎
好市多的退貨規定如下
在商品方面:任何您在好市多賣場所購買的商品,除附有原製造廠商的保證書外
有好市多全額退款的保證。
