但用了google翻譯還是看不太懂
好像是會給我折扣費用 指適用於amazon公司的產品

shipping cost.

Though we're not able to reimburse you beyond the order total,
we recognize that there was a cost to you for return shipping and
would like to offer you a promotional certificate for $37.34 promotional
certificate equivalent to the return shipping cost, which you can use the

The expiration date is December 31, 2020.

shipping costs of an order. When using a promotional certificate to buy
eligible Kindle content or other digital products, the promotional funds
will apply to your order automatically before another payment method is
charged.

You'll see your available promotional balance at checkout when placing
your order through the Shopping Cart--this amount will be applied to
your next qualifying order automatically without entering a claim code.
Your promotional balance doesn't appear in Your Account but will always
display when you place an order.
