關於Ebay認證 - 海外購物

請問現在如果沒有通過Ebay的信用卡認證是不是就不能問賣家問題啊?

我每次一按下送出問題的鍵就會彈出叫我認證的提示

In order to maintain safety in the marketplace,
eBay may require additional verification when you are listing,
bidding or communicating with members registered on a different site
than your own. At this time, we ask that you provide a valid credit card
to verify your account

這樣是不是一定要認證後才能問啊?

因為之後去My folder->sent裡面並沒有我剛剛問的問題
