關於Costco的小雜糧麵包保存及處理方法 - costco

為了健康著想,我現在在早餐多以雜糧麵包當早餐,
可是costco的小雜糧麵包實在太多了!
為了怕他壞掉,所以我都把他先凍再冷凍室,
可是後來當我拿出來微波的結果,都是變成硬如石頭 :(
後來減少了微波時間,也用噴霧器灑了水,表面上的穀物還是都很硬....
最後我發現一個秘訣,可以讓微波的麵包保持鬆軟也不致太硬 :)
方法如下:
1.在可微波的盤子先鋪一層廚房紙巾
2.麵包放上去
3.用噴霧器將一張廚房紙巾充分沾濕後置於麵包上面
4.丟進微波爐微波60秒(我的是500W的便宜微波爐)
5.別微波太久,出爐要記得趁熱吃 ^^"
因為我是男生,對於廚房的事都很笨拙 ><"
