關於AE問題 - 海外購物

如題
小弟一個月前透過官網買了兩批AE的貨
其中一批很快就來了 大概一週內就到了
但另一批一直沒來 後來我寄信去問
他回我如下

If you would like for us to again attempt to receive the authorization necessary to process the order please send a fax of your most recent billing statement, showing the last four digits of your credit card number as well as your address, along with your drivers license/state id to 724-779-7891, please include your order number. If you do not have access to a fax machine, please email/scan the requested documents as an attachment and send to [email protected]. If you have any further questions
please call 1-866-338-2389 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and we would be happy to assist you.

也打電話去問了

但一直沒有動靜
想請教版上大大該如何處理
