今天去多媒體展逛,遇到COSTCO在招會員
連外國主管都下海了,發現會講中文馬上跟他抱怨最近板上發生的退貨事件
一開始先問台灣跟美國管理分開是嘛?主管回沒有阿
我又問那台灣現在是無條件退貨摟?對方回對阿保證無條件退貨
我開始抱怨我聽過有人退食物要保存6成才可以退,保養品要多少才可以退耶
而且要退店員都不給退,主管還跟我介紹可以找高雄經理保證馬上退
我回有找店長什麼的阿,但你們員工很強勢堅持不退
之前還有人會英文寄信給美國總公司,結果美國也有點敷衍
外國經裡馬上問是哪間店,我報了之後經理整個很驚訝
沒想到南部店會亂搞,跟我保證會回去了解
給了我一張名片說有問題在找他
不知道最近高雄大順退貨情況有沒有好一點了
希望經理真的會去查,我在內湖及新竹從來沒有碰過退貨一堆規定的
甚至連問都沒問就直接退了,希望南部朋友可以受到公平對待
