事情的經過是這樣的
上星期五我在A百貨相中了一個皮包,因櫃上只剩最後一個。
因此請櫃姐幫我調貨,櫃姐態度很好。(此時我已付款)
告知三天即可取貨,貨到會主動電話通知,最晚不超過七天。
但是到了第七天,還未有消息,我只好致電詢問。
此時,我內心已不太高興,因為即使無法七天到貨,也應該致電告知我。
而不是讓我白白等待,因為此時在B百貨有另一個每日特價的皮包,我也想買。
本來是打算若第七天無法到貨,便要取消訂單,轉買B百貨。
電話中櫃姐依然客氣,請我再等三天,三天內有無到貨都會通知我。
因為櫃姐強調貨品已在路上,又很客氣,於是想想就打消要取消訂單的事。
因此我錯過了B百貨的每日特價
但是今天是第三天了(也就是我一共等了10天)
還是沒有收到通知,老實說,我很不高興
因為櫃姐既沒有在期限內給貨(延期了我還是沒拿到)
又沒有致電通知(她明明跟我保證無論有無到貨,都會告知我)
(其實沒貨我可以取消訂單,轉買B百貨的啊...無消無息害我錯過了)
那麼我到底該不該客訴她?
櫃姐的態度一直都很好,只是言行不一
我也不想當個奧客,想請問大家在這種情況下,會客訴嗎?
