如題，我是重度海外網購的消費者，買了這麼多次今天才驚覺原來政府11月已經通過3000
元以下要課稅的條文QQ...從通過到現在應該買了10幾次（淘寶、G市...等），商品都已
經收到沒有通知繳納關稅的消息。
是想請問..這些會被追溯補繳嗎？還是這也是隨機抽驗呢？
