如題。因為家裡有兩隻大胖子在減肥（我們很認真的）..
偏偏過年又要到了..
所以我有好一陣子不敢靠近costco...都請朋友代買..
問題來了..
請問有什麼食物是各位推薦熱量較低的呢？？
我目前都買：
桂格燕麥片
鮮蝦沙拉
水果（kiwi等）
蔬菜（杏鮑菇等）
但天氣冷..真的很想吃個熱的..
我昨天爬文有看到石安牧場的茶碗蒸..單個熱量大約120大卡..是還能接受的範圍..
請大家幫忙介紹其他熱量低的食物好嗎？謝謝
