請問好市多的健司手打烏龍麵 - 好市多

昨天在costco內湖店買了十包裝的日本健司手打烏龍麵
今天中午煮來吃後,發現有一種酸酸的味道...
當時在賣場他是陳列在一般的架上並沒有冷藏,
而且我也有注意到外包裝上的賞味期限是西元10.08.01,
所以應該不會有過期的問題,而且可以在常溫下保存二年@@
請問大家是一般的烏龍麵本身就會有一點酸酸的味道嗎?
看了上面寫的成份是小麥粉、水、食鹽、酸味料(acids)
難道是因為這個酸味料所產生的酸味嗎?
若產品外包裝上寫保證絕不添加防腐劑是真的,
那這酸味料是什麼呀?
我媽是懷疑為什麼烏龍麵可以放二年這麼久哩?
