請問UPS Mail Innovations是不是停擺了？ - 海外購物

大家好，想請問一下這裡是否有人在12月以UPS Mail Innovations服務從美國寄到台灣
呢？

我2020/12/20從美國購物網站下單，2020/12/22網站以UPS Mail Innovations出貨，但
是直到今天Tracking Details依然顯示：

Order Processed: Ready for UPS

Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations

也就是UPS有收到單號，但是沒有收到包裹、包裹尚未抵達轉運中心……這正常嗎？

之前我也以UPS Mail Innovations服務寄過東西，頂多一二個禮拜包裹就會抵達轉運中
心然後上飛機（包裹出美國後就不可追蹤，會由目的地郵局接手處理），怎麼現在包裹
沒有任何下落，問UPS，UPS說還沒有收到包裹、只有收到單號，問購物網站，網站說東
西已經出貨了，但現在就是不知道東西跑去哪裡了？囧>"

希望最近有經驗的板友可以給我一點信心，東西應該還在美國吧？

我覺得UPS還沒收到包裹的機會大一些啦，單號是商家

在申請快遞方收包裹就會產生出來的，但收件應該就會
掃描了，狀態都沒更新就是沒掃到，但一般包裹如果會
掉也不該在收件就直接沒掃就掉了。
