請問Costco會員卡不能電話續約了嗎? - costco

我最近才剛收到會員快到期的信
署名是Costco 總經理寄出的
上面明明寫著可以電話續約直接用中國信信託聯名卡付費
可是打回去會員中心小姐說不行電話續約 只能用ATM轉帳 or 直接到賣場續約
因為最近比較忙 無法親自到賣場
請問有高手可以指點一下 為什麼突然不能電話續約了嗎?
在到期日沒到賣場續約 我還可以保有會員資格嗎?
