請問AE的track order? - 海外購物

我前幾天在網路上訂了東西
後來有收到track number 和order number
但我在網頁上輸入以後
出現了

Invalid or missing package ID. Please provide valid package ID before
proceeding.


但底下又有這句?

那這樣到底是寄了沒呢?
