請問AE ACCESS REWARD EAMIL 的 Format - 海外購物

請問一下上一季的AE REWARD
有人用email的 收到的tilte 是什麼阿

之前有請AE寄到我email,他也說寄了..我翻遍信箱也沒有
垃圾郵件也都翻過了..用的是Gmail..

後來又請他重發,他也說重發了..可是還是沒收到
到底是發生什麼事啊@@
