上上星期在誠品買了一件2800的外套,
因為當場沒有我要的顏色,
所以店員幫我調貨到我家附近的分店取.
第一次去取的時候我有試穿,
發現帽子的鬆緊帶斷掉而且有幾顆釦子不勞,
店員幫我維修請我上星期六去拿,
第二次再去取時店員說幫我換了一件新的,
我檢查了一下鬆緊帶和釦子是ok的就沒有再要求試穿.
今天拿出來一穿就發現這件和我要買的那件不一樣,
雖然顏色和款式很像,
但是就是不一樣了,
顏色比較深,衣領的幅度比較窄,抽繩材質也不一樣,繩子還接的亂七八糟的,
而且這件沒有吊牌,只用貼紙貼了made in Hong Kong...
我真的很難受:
我很支持的一個專櫃,
怎麼會這樣不尊重顧客,
認為顧客沒有智慧和眼力,不會發現嗎?
請問大家會怎麼處理這件事情?
如果換給我當初我購買時看到的那件,我會接受,
如果是我要的顏色沒有了,換給我其他顏色,也勉強可以接受,畢竟是喜歡才會購買,
但是這樣不尊重人的公司,實在讓消費者很不舒服.
其實我還真的很希望,這只是一場誤會...
