問一個很蠢的問題

小弟不確定自己的pp帳戶國籍XD

我進PP個人檔案看

我是用國泰信用卡做認證的

而信用卡對應的相關地址是國內的地址

這樣可以確定 我的pp帳戶是台灣帳戶嗎?
