"台北市詹姓男子指控某西服工作室徐姓、王姓
負責人，在網路廣告上標榜「老師傅手工打造」，
實際上卻是工廠製作的劣質成衣，涉嫌詐欺取財。
台北地檢署認為，訂單上沒寫手工製作，而且確實
是由工廠十年以上資深員工以半手工製作，認定全
案屬民事糾紛，處分徐、王不起訴。"
